As a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, trained in Trauma-Informed Care, and Life Coach, I bring both lived experience and evidence-based practice to my work. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), set to graduate in May 2027, and will continue on to earn my Master of Social Work (MSW). My commitment is to help individuals and communities build strength, purpose, and belonging—together.
